Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Shri Radha Trading Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Course Enrollment:

  • You can cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not been accessed.
  • If you have accessed the course materials or attended any live sessions, the refund amount will be prorated based on the content consumed.

b. One-on-One Coaching and Live Classes:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of the academy.

2. Refund Policy

a. Full Refunds:

  • Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and the course has not been accessed.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

b. Prorated Refunds:

  • If you have accessed the course materials, a prorated refund will be issued based on the portion of the course that has been consumed.
  • Prorated refunds will be calculated by determining the percentage of the course content accessed and deducting this from the total course fee.

c. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items such as special promotions, discounts, and bundles may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Procedure for Cancellation and Refund Requests

a. Submission of Request:

  • To cancel your enrollment or request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@shriradhatradingacademy.in with your purchase details and reason for the request.

b. Review and Processing:

  • Our team will review your request and process it in accordance with our policy. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation or refund has been processed.

c. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

a. Medical or Personal Emergencies:

  • In cases of medical or personal emergencies, please contact our support team. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer a refund or rescheduling at our discretion.

b. Course Cancellation by Academy:

  • If a course is canceled by Shri Radha Trading Academy for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
